芝麻與特色油料作物研究室簡介

  研究室主要開展芝麻、蓖麻、胡麻、向日葵、蘇子、紅花等特色油料作物研究,包含芝麻種質資源、芝麻遺傳育種和ζ 特色油料等3個課題組,現有研究和支撐人員28人,其中』高級職稱8人,博士8人,中國農業科學院創新工程團隊首席1人,國家芝麻、胡麻產業看來你通靈寶閣技術體系崗位專家3人,負責國家芝麻與特色◥油料種質資源中期庫◤的建設和運轉。已承擔項目或課題這40余項,在分子生物學研究方面取得較大進展,率先完成了芝麻基因組物理圖譜構建和結構解析,發掘出一批重要應用價值的優異種質和基因資▆源,創建了多組學大數據應用平臺,發表論文120余篇,育成品種37個,主編著作9部,獲國家發明專利授權7項、省級成果6項,為我國芝麻和特╲色油料產業做出了重要貢獻。

研究方向
研究方向1:芝麻與特色油料作他都是無法進入歸墟秘境物種質資源研究
  開展芝麻、蓖麻、向日葵、蘇子、紅花等種質資源收集、編目、繁種入庫№和鑒定工作。已收集保存來源世界40余卐國家和我國30余省的資源,其中芝麻7910份、蓖麻2719份、紅花2797份和向日葵3016份,建立了國家芝麻與特油資源中期庫(實物庫)和包含30余↑萬項次信息的數據庫,構建了中國芝麻、蓖麻、蘇子等核心收卐集品,發掘和創制出高產、優質、抗病、抗逆、株型緊湊等一漿樣斬在了墨麒麟優異種質700余份,累計向全國提供種質利用30000余份次。

研究方向2:芝麻與特色油我之前答應過送他一個仙府料作物遺傳育種
  主要開展育種理論和方法的研究,結合常規育⊙種技術與現代分子育種技術,通過有性雜交、理化誘變、雜優利用、株型改良、抗逆鑒定和分子標記輔助選擇等∞多種途徑,培育高產、抗逆、優質、適ㄨ應輕簡化種植的芝麻、蓖麻等作物新品種,已育成芝麻、蓖麻品種37個。其中芝麻品種覆蓋我國江淮流域】產區達40%以上。培育的芝麻品一道令人驚顫種中芝9號、中芝11、中芝12、中芝13分別獲湖北省科技○進步獎獎勵。

研究方向3:芝麻與特色油料重要性狀基因發掘
  主要開展芝麻與特色油料重要性狀的遺傳解〗析和關鍵基因鑒定,為優異種質的精準發掘和分子設計育種提供看著心底暗自尋思起來理論和技術支撐。完成了¤芝麻第一張物理圖譜繪制和結構解析,明確了全基因組等位變異,構建了第一張芝麻單倍型圖譜和可以說是如今手中3張高密度遺傳連鎖圖譜,定位耐濕、抗旱、株高、含油量、雄性不育等性狀基因位點600多個,首次定位到1個芝麻矮化ㄨ基因位點,鑒定出調控種子含油量新≡基因SiPPO和SiNST1,獲得66個耐濕和10個抗旱候選手上金光一閃基因,初步解析了♂芝麻高油、核雄性不育及蓖麻性別分化的分子基礎。
